Patrice JarrellRN/PMD/ICP
Patrice started her first career working in Miami Reservations in 1983 with Delta Airlines. Toward the end of her 25-year career, Patrice changed roles and entered the In-flight Services division to enhance her corporate knowledge and love for customer and employee satisfaction. She was selected for a Performance Manager position to supervise a vast group of Flight Attendants across three different cities. She built a reputation among her peers and frontline workforce as an expert in corporate knowledge, and employee and customer satisfaction. This resulted in a rapid response and resolution to both personal and professional challenges within the daily operation involving both staff and customers. Departing a company, she absolutely loved was a difficult decision, but she quickly realized it opened up new avenues for personal growth.

Retiring after 25 years of service with Delta Airlines, Patrice decided she yearned to serve her community in a new and exciting role. She decided to pursue a career as a Firefighter/Paramedic and was hired by Miami Dade Fire Rescue in 2007. As a lifelong learner, she wanted to be able to provide a higher level of medical care to the community she was serving. She earned a degree in Emergency Medical Services and a degree in Nursing. After approximately 14 years in the fire service, she retired and has once again entered into an exciting opportunity to help those who are suffering from PTSD and a host of other Neurological and Psychological issues, as well as other personal life altering challenges.

Today, Patrice is an IASIS Certified Provider for the Mended Minds family. She has wholeheartedly focused on contributing to the lives of others and giving back to her community and has become an integral part of our team.
